I sold my mother's 3-bed semi through AdM. They were very professional from beginning to end. I liked the fact that they set a more realistic (i.e. lower) asking price than a rival agency I was considering using.
James at the West Wickham office got the balance just right, keeping me informed about important things while dealing with minor matters in-house, and not pushing too hard to sell the property.
I felt able to trust his judgement, which made the whole process far less stressful than it might have been. He was quick to advise me when, in a falling market, he thought the asking price should be dropped. We did that and found a buyer within days.
I don't often give 5-star reviews, but James and AdM get top marks all round.
